Barbara Pearlin is a hoop dance performer, hula hoop fitness and hoop dance instructor, and an ACE certified personal trainer.
Barbara Pearlin discovered the art of hoop dance in the summer of 2010 and it has forever changed her life. She went on to study movement, anatomy, and physiology and became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor teaching yoga, hula hoop, TRX, Kettlebell, and boot camp classes. She continued her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied Holistic Nutrition and is a now a certified Holistic Health Coach. She is an active member of the Nashwell group (a group of professional health coaches in Nashville, TN).
Barbara supports clients of all ages struggling to maintain a healthy weight. She helps clients with planning and cooking easy healthy meals and with a fitness program catered to their specific needs. Barbara works with individuals struggling with Attention Deficit Disorder, stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. She teaches her clients that through their struggles they will find their power. Barbara empowers her clients to surrender to suffering, embrace the present moment, and trust life.
